Agenda
고양이의 사냥 본능을 숨겨진 박스같은 공간으로, 잠을 많이 자는 특징을 어둡고 가려진 공간으로 나타냈다. 기둥을 먼저 쌓고 고양이의 동선이 나타날 수 있게 박스들을 배치하였다. 기둥 사이에 막대기를 설치해서 스크래처로 이용할 수 있게 하였다.
The cat’s hunting instinct was shown as a hidden box-like space, and the characteristics of sleeping well were shown as dark and hidden spaces. The pillars were stacked first, and the boxes were arranged so that the cat’s movements could appear. A stick was installed between the pillars so that it could be used as a nail.
Concept
The Maze
많은 활동량을 가진 고양이의 특성을 ‘미로’라는 컨셉에 맞춰 복잡하고 불규칙적인 구조로 표현하려고 했다.
The characteristics of a highly active cat were attempted to be expressed through a complex and irregular structure.
Process
먼저 기둥을 세우고 다양한 높이에서 숨길 수 있는 상자를 배치했다.
기둥을 세운 후, 상자들은 계단으로도 사용할 수 있도록 그 사이에 배열되어 있다.
일정하지 않은 기둥 높이와 함께 배치된 넓은 공간은 활동적인 느낌을 준다.
상자의 크기를 다양화하고 막힌 것과 열린 것을 적절히 배치했고, 기둥 사이에 계단을 만들어 고양이가 미로에서처럼 움직일 수 있다.
First, put up a column and put a box that can hide at various heights.
All the pillars are erected, and the boxes are arranges in between so that they can also be used as stairs.
Cut the column height inconsistent to express the active feeling, and attach a large space to lie down.
Diversify the size of the box, and properly arrange what is blocked and what is open.
Create stairs between the pillars to move like a maze.
